Rachel received a bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Fontbonne University and completed her internship at Missouri State University. She has worked as a registered dietitian at several Hy-Vee locations. Rachel enjoys promoting good health by providing practical advice to customers to help them make small but sustainable changes to their eating habits. She is always working to stay aware of current trends and research through further education and training.
